Liz Hardy graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and began her career designing costumes for the theatre.

For eleven years she traveled the world as an Air Force wife and them returned to her beloved New England where she taught Elementary School Art and Kindergarten.

As a resident North of Boston, Liz spent weekends, School vacations and summers on Cape Cod. The cape was like a magnet drawing her "home."

After retiring, her dream came true and Liz moved  to Brewster and began to seriously paint again.

Her love for the Cape is evident in her oil paintings of landscapes, beach scenes and flower gardens.

Liz is a member of the Nauset Painters and the Orleans Art Association, showing her paintings at outdoor shows during the summer months.

Along with eight other local artists, she has formed the Eastwind Studio-Gallery in Orleans.
